My Cake Studio (Health Board approved), is in the town of Borrisoleigh, situated in close proximity to the towns of Nenagh, Roscrea, Templemore, Thurles, Holy Cross, Cashel and the glen of Aherlow.

I create cakes to suit all Brides Needs. Having trained as a home economist and worked with a large flour milling company for many years, I demonstrated the art of Baking all over Ireland and the U.K. I developed a taste for designing wedding cakes and now work with the top wedding planners and co-Ordinators in Ireland.

I can create any cake from the traditional fruit cake to the more contemporary Tiffen and Biscuit cake, flavoured maderia and chocolate fudge cake in any shape you require, square, round, petal, oval and heart shapes to name a few and co-ordinating the colours with your chosen shades of dresses and / or flowers.

I also hire cakes from a variety of 12 designs which are on view and suit weddings with a smaller number of guests, the cake is "Fake"and on hire to you for the duration of your reception for photographs etc., and I will collect it when your wedding is over. But you may also have a cake for cutting purposes also.

Although I work in the north Tipp. Region, I deliver and set up wedding cakes Nationwide on the day of the wedding. I also have a selection of cake stands and other decorative additions that you can choose from my range of designs or we can create something exclusive for you for a themed wedding.
