My name is Doris Lehnigk/Ryan and since 1983 I have been involved in preparing food for people who love and appreciate good food individually created. It all started as a Baker followed by an Apprenticeship specialising in Pastries. Then after graduating as a Master Pastry Chef in Germany, i travelled to work in South West Africa, Switzerland, The U.S.A., and Egypt and back in Germany again, I enjoyed working in family run bakeries, cafes and hotels where I gained my practical and creative skills. The Love for creating Custom individual cakes and pastries and my Passion for what I do helped me start Sweet Sensations in 2002.For your big day I am always striving for unique, individual creations; both focusing on Presentation and taste, and this is where you and your guests will see the difference of my years of international experience
You have an endless choice of cakes, chocolates, colours, themes, decorations etc. to choose from which I always discuss at a personal meeting, to ensure that all your needs are met.
